SHIPPING
- Free standard shipping on all orders within India.
- Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Metro delivery typically lands in 3–5 working days; other pincodes in 5–8 working days.
- A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our facility.
- International shipping is calculated at checkout where serviceable.
COD
- Cash on delivery is available on serviceable pincodes at checkout.
- COD orders are confirmed by a quick verification message before dispatch.
EXCHANGES
- 7-day size exchange from the date of delivery.
- The piece must be unworn, unwashed and carry its original tags.
- Raise an exchange by emailing support@soulsphere.store with your order ID.
- We arrange reverse pickup where available; otherwise we reimburse standard courier cost.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Returns are accepted for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
- Share unboxing photographs within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it fast.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Because drops are small-batch, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on worn pieces.
